We may have signed a contractual agreement with our Data Processors that have access to your personal information as required by GDPR.

If other Data Controllers have access to your information and wish to process your information as a joint Data Controller, we will inform you.

Dispute Resolution

Where there is need to resolve or investigate a dispute between Buyers and Seller, your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties. Your Personal Information will only be accessed on a “need-to-know” basis. All personnel who are responsible to provide a dispute resolution will act according to our rules and regulations to protect confidentiality. A contractual agreement will be enforced between us and our dispute resolution providers to make sure that they abide by their obligations in relation to data protection and data subjects’ rights.
